Refer a Friend Voucher Sign-up Offer Terms & Conditions

The Offer:

1 x £50 gift voucher (redeemable at one of Apple, Amazon, M&S, Selfridges & Co or Waitrose & Partners) issued to the ‘referrer’ and 1 x £50 gift voucher issued to the ‘referee’ upon the ‘referee’ successfully signing up to LSS Residential Security Patrols in accordance to the terms and conditions stated below.

Simply put, £50 gift voucher for the person that ‘refers a friend’ and a £50 gift voucher for the ‘friend’ that signs up to LSS Residential Security Patrols.

To claim your gift voucher you must have met the following requirements:

  • Offer is available on new LSS sign up customers only, or returning LSS customers who have not been subscribed to any LSS London services within the past 12 months.
  • Offer is available to existing LSS customers who successfully refer a friend, neighbour or family member to LSS London who proceeds to sign up to LSS Residential Security Patrol for a minimum of 12 months.
  • Offer is available to Residential Security Patrol signups subject to agreeing a minimum 12 month term. 1 Month rolling-contracts are excluded.
  • New Customer must have successfully completed the Direct Debit form supplied by LSS London within 30 days of agreeing the service contract issued by your LSS agent/employee.
  • New Customer must have supplied a valid email address at the time of sign up in order to receive £50 gift voucher.

Voucher Terms

  • Qualifying referee and referrer may choose 1 x gift voucher each to the value of, and not exceeding, £50.00 from the following retailers: Apple, Amazon UK, Selfridges & Co, Marks & Spencers, Waitrose & Partners.
  • Vouchers will be sent via email within 30 days of new customer’s successful sign up and confirmation of Direct Debit payment (or bank transfer) for the agreed services.
  • Voucher is not redeemable in the form of cash or any other payment/incentive.
  • Voucher cannot be exchanged after being issued.
  • Please note the expiration date of the voucher upon receipt. No replacement voucher will be issued for expired vouchers.
  • If you are unable to successfully redeem voucher within the valid expiration date from your preferred retailer, please contact for assistance.

General Conditions

  • One gift voucher per customer, per household subject to successful Residential Security Patrol sign up.
  • LSS London are not responsible for purchases made with issued gift voucher – please consult with retailer directly.
  • LSS London reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without notice and has the right to refuse the reward claim if any of the terms and conditions are misunderstood or misinterpreted in any way other than they are intended.
  • Gift vouchers will be issued on a case-by-case basis and eligibility must be confirmed by LSS Head Office staff prior to release.
  • LSS London do not have any affiliation with the aforementioned retailers and do not receive any commission or incentive from said retailers.
  • All vouchers are purchased directly from the retailer and sent to the LSS customer directly via email as a ‘gift’ – please check junk mail if you have not received your voucher in your email inbox.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services with LSS.
  • The beneficiary is solely responsible for the use of the voucher once issued.

Contract Conditions

  • Beneficiary must have agreed to a minimum 12 month contract with LSS London for the issue of services, the terms of which to be agreed with your LSS London agent/employee in writing.
  • Beneficiary must agree to completing full payment via automated direct debit or the full 12 month total in advance via Bank Transfer.
  • LSS London reserve the legal right to claim any amount(s) outstanding from your agreed contract total.
  • Contract may only be terminated if contract total cost (including taxes where applicable) is paid in full. For more information, please refer to your terms of service contract.
